COVID-19 PROCEDURES

In this time of the COVID-19 pandemic, the Historic Rialto is implementing many procedures to help prevent the spread of the virus.

These procedures include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Queuing has been painted on the sidewalk showing 6’ social distancing for the box office.
  • Only a limited number of patrons will be allowed in the lobby at any time.
  • All patrons are required to wear a face mask unless they are in their seats.
  • Employees will wear face masks and gloves at all times.
  • There will be a Plexiglass shield on the counter between staff and patrons.
  • We ask that patrons use credit cards for the foreseeable future.
  • Tables have been added between each sales counter and patrons to maintain social distancing.
  • Refills will be given in “New Containers”.
  • Hand sanitizer and sanitation wipes will be available.
  • Every other row of seating will be closed, thus exceeding the recommended social distancing by one foot.
  • While we always keep our theatre very clean, we will do additional cleaning with bleach for sanitation.
  • There will be additional time between shows to allow for these procedures and in order for us to start our shows on time.  In return we ask our patrons to show up early to allow ample time to follow these guidelines.

We apologize in advance for any inconvenience; however, I’m sure you’ll agree that we all need to do our part to help prevent the spread of COVID-19.
